Job summary

Kuailu Software is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to join our growing team in Singapore. You will manage the end-to-end recruitment process across multiple functions and markets, building a strong talent pipeline to support rapid business expansion.

You will source candidates proactively through LinkedIn and platforms, develop effective recruitment strategies, and ensure timely fills with high-quality hires while maintaining compliant processes and driving recruitment

Qualifications

• Diploma or above required.
• 3+ years of Talent Acquisition/Recruitment experience, preferably in tech/fast-growing companies.
• Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and direct sourcing.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment across multiple functions and markets.
• Proactively source candidates through LinkedIn, platforms, networks, referrals, and headhunting.
• Maintain recruitment pipelines and provide regular hiring progress reports; track KPIs.

KeyResponsibilities

1.End-to-EndRecruitment

• Managethefullrecruitmentlifecyclefrommanpowerplanning,sourcing,screening,interviewing,offernegotiationtoonboarding.
• Workcloselywithhiringmanagerstounderstandbusinessrequirementsanddevelopeffectiverecruitmentstrategies.
• Ensurevacanciesarefilledwithinagreedtimelineswhilemaintaininghighhiringquality.
• Managemultiplevacanciessimultaneouslyacrossdifferentfunctionsandlocations.

2.TalentSourcing

• ProactivelysourcecandidatesthroughLinkedIn,recruitmentplatforms,professionalnetworks,employeereferrals,headhuntingandotherchannels.
• Buildandmaintaintalentpoolsforcriticalandrecurringpositions.
• Developeffectivesourcingstrategiesforbothlocalandinternationalcandidates.
• Continuouslyexplorenewrecruitmentchannelsandimprovesourcingefficiency.

3.RecruitmentOperations&Performance

• Maintainaccuraterecruitmentpipelinesandprovideregularhiringprogressreports.
• TrackrecruitmentKPIsincludingtime-to-hire,offeracceptancerate,hiringcostandhiringeffectiveness.
• Identifybottlenecksintherecruitmentprocessandcontinuouslyimproverecruitmentefficiency.
• Ensurerecruitmentactivitiescomplywithapplicableemploymentandcompanypolicies.

Requirements

• Diplomadegreeorabove
• 3years aboveofTalentAcquisition/Recruitmentexperience,preferablyintechnology,SaaS,AI,Internetorotherfast-growingcompanies.
• Provenexperienceinend-to-endrecruitmentanddirectsourcing.
• ExperiencerecruitingacrossSingapore/HongKong/Chinaishighlypreferred.
