Job summary

EPAM Systems is seeking a Talent Acquisition Specialist to own end-to-end hiring for technical and business roles. You will partner with hiring managers and regional teams to deliver a candidate-first experience, driving proactive sourcing to build pipelines for niche skill sets and leadership-track positions.

You will coordinate with regional Talent Attraction teams and apply standardized recruiting processes to deliver consistent hiring outcomes across the organization.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering full-cycle recruitment across technical and business roles.
• Proficiency in talent sourcing, including niche searches and multi-stream pipelines.
• Experience with external sources and sourcing tools to identify, engage and convert talent.
