Ambition Group Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition professional to partner with business stakeholders and manage end-to-end recruitment for non-tech functions in a fast-paced financial services environment.

You will own full-cycle recruitment, build talent pipelines, screen candidates, coordinate interviews, and maintain accurate ATS data while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and contributing to employer branding.

Formación

• At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within financial services/fintech.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment.

Responsabilidades

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions from requirement to offer.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements and sourcing strategies.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, referrals, and market mapping.
• Conduct initial screening and provide structured recommendations to stakeholders.
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes for a seamless candidate experience.
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across the ATS and support employer branding initiatives.

The Role

You will partner closely with business stakeholders to manage end-to-end recruitment across a range of corporate functions. This is an in-house role embedded within a fast-paced financial services environment, where you will be expected to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously and deliver a high-quality candidate experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruitment for non-tech functions
• Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and develop targeted sourcing strategies
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through direct sourcing, LinkedIn, referrals, and market mapping
• Conduct initial screening and assessment of candidates, providing structured recommendations to stakeholders
• Coordinate interviews and manage offer processes, ensuring a seamless candidate experience
• Maintain accurate data and reporting across the ATS
• Support employer branding initiatives and contribute to process improvement efforts

Requirements

• At least 8 years of talent acquisition experience, ideally within financial services/ Fintech firms
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to advise and influence at all levels
• Experience with direct sourcing and building passive candidate pipelines
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, fast-moving environment
