Job summary

Talentvis Singapore Pte Ltd. is looking for an HR Operations Specialist to support day-to-day talent and workforce management across assigned accounts in Singapore.

You will coordinate recruitment, manage onboarding and offboarding, and liaise with clients, recruitment partners and internal stakeholders on staffing and operational matters. A diploma or degree in HR, business administration or related fields with 3–6 years of relevant experience is required; strong communication and MS Office

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Business Management or related disciplines.
• 3–6 years of relevant experience in recruitment, HR operations, workforce management, staffing or manpower services.
• Strong communication, coordination and stakeholder management skills.
• Highly organised, detail-oriented and able to manage multiple priorities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
• Proactive, service-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience in the government or professional services sector will be an advantage.
