Job summary

RECRUITPEDIA PTE. LTD. is seeking an Assistant HR Manager (Talent Acquisition) to strengthen talent acquisition and HR operations in Singapore, supporting workforce planning and business growth.

You will partner with business units, manage end-to-end recruitment, and drive improvements in branding, processes and data accuracy. The role requires 5–7 years in HR with TA/HRBP experience, supervisory capability, and strong knowledge of local employment laws.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of HR experience, with emphasis on Talent Acquisition and HRBP.
• Hands-on experience across the full recruitment lifecycle.
• Good knowledge of Singapore employment legislation and HR policies.
• Supervisory experience; proficient with HR systems and MS Office; HR digitalisation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units on manpower planning, hiring priorities and recruitment strategies.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle: sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, onboarding and pipeline development.
• Drive recruitment effectiveness through employer branding and candidate experience metrics.
• Support HR activities including work pass administration, onboarding, engagement, performance management, retention and GRM.
• Review and enhance HR policies, recruitment SOPs and compliance with Singapore requirements.
• Lead HR digitalisation and automation to improve efficiency and data accuracy.
• Guide and develop HR team members while supporting the HR Manager on initiatives.
