Job summary

Private Advertiser in Singapore seeks an experienced HR leader to drive end-to-end recruitment across functions, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.

You will build effective talent pipelines, conduct talent mapping for critical roles and develop compensation, incentive and performance frameworks. The role also covers manpower budgeting, employee relations, organisation design and HR digitalisation, reporting directly to the CEO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
• 8–10 years HR experience.
• Strong experience in Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Performance Management and Employee Relations.
• Strong analytical and numerical skills with HR data.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to work independently with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment across functions, including manpower planning, sourcing, interviewing, offers and onboarding.
• Build talent pipelines and conduct talent mapping for critical roles.
• Develop and manage compensation, incentives and performance frameworks.
• Oversee manpower budgeting, headcount planning and workforce optimisation.
• Manage employee relations, grievances and performance improvement while ensuring compliance with Singapore requirements.
• Support organisation design, succession planning and talent development initiatives.
• Drive HR digitalisation, automation and AI adoption within HR systems.
• Oversee daily HR operations, policies, records and governance with CEO insights.
