Singapore Institute of Technology is seeking a dynamic HR Business Partner cum Talent Acquisition Specialist to support strategic HR functions and end-to-end recruitment. You will partner with business leaders to drive people strategies, forecast hiring needs, build talent pipelines, and ensure top talent is attracted and retained.

The role requires 8+ years HR experience with TA and HRBP exposure, strong stakeholder management, and proficiency in sourcing and HR systems like SuccessFactors.

• At least 8 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition and HRBP exposure.
• Proficient in sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors).

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource or related field
• At least 8 years of HR experience, including talent acquisition and HRBP exposure
• Strong written and verbal communication with effective stakeholder management capabilities
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment
• Proficient in sourcing (e.g., LinkedIn, job portals) and HR systems (e.g., SuccessFactors)
• Analytical, resourceful, and able to derive actionable insights
• Collaborative team player with strong influencing skills and ability to build trust across levels
