Job summary

JOB HARBOUR PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Senior HR Professional to partner with business units, lead end-to-end recruitment, and provide HR advisory across the employee lifecycle.

You will support workforce planning, drive recruitment process improvements, onboarding, performance, and HR policy implementations while ensuring compliance with Singapore employment legislation and company policies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Human Resource or Business Related
• 5 to 7 years of relevant HR Experience

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to support workforce planning and talent acquisition.
• Lead end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and offers.
• Provide HR advisory across the employee lifecycle and ensure policy alignment.
• Drive recruitment process improvements, compliance, and capability building.
• Oversee onboarding, work pass applications and renewals.
• Develop recruitment channels and talent pipelines to meet staffing needs.
• Monitor hiring metrics to improve efficiency and quality of hire.
• Lead HR policy development and governance with HRBPs and junior staff.
• Lead HR automation projects to enhance efficiency and data accuracy.
