This internship provides hands-on exposure to end-to-end recruitment, ATS systems, and employer branding activities, including campus outreach, career fairs, and onboarding preparation.

Qualifications

• Pursuing degree in HR or related field.
• Strong communication and organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in Talent Acquisition, HR operations and campus recruitment.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates via job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreach.
• Screen resumes and support shortlisting against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
• Support employer branding, career fairs and campus engagement.
• Maintain ATS records for data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with system updates, testing, and process improvements within Talent Acquisition systems.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including materials.
• Prepare hiring metrics data for reports and dashboards.
