Job summary

Singtel is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment strategies and help attract top talent. You will collaborate with recruiters, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams to streamline hiring processes, engage candidates, and strengthen our employer branding.

The role offers hands-on experience across end-to-end recruitment and onboarding, with a focus on delivering a positive candidate experience.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills with attention to detail.
• Keen interest in Talent Acquisition, HR operations and talent management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreach channels.
• Screen resumes and support shortlisting by matching candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, recruitment events and campus engagement activities.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with system enhancement initiatives by supporting updates, user testing, documentation and process improvements within Talent Acquisition systems.
• Support Talent Acquisition onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation.
• Prepare hiring metrics data for recruitment reports and dashboards.
