Job summary

SBS Transit Ltd is seeking a Talent Acquisition & Employer Branding professional in Singapore to collaborate with Institutes of Higher Learning on internships, campus recruitment, career talks, and learning journeys. You will drive talent attraction through LTEP and branding campaigns.

You will translate branding initiatives into measurable outcomes using data, manage recruitment-focused social media, and support HR awards, DEI, and community job fairs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resource or business management.
• IHRP certification preferred.
• 3–5 years HR experience with focus on talent acquisition and media marketing.
• Good verbal and written communication skills and interpersonal skills.
• Organizational, problem solving and analytical skills.
• Adaptability in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with IHLs on internships, campus recruitment, career talks and learning journeys.
• Drive talent attraction via LTEP, branding campaigns and mentorship initiatives.
• Translate employer branding and talent attraction initiatives into measurable outcomes using data and metrics.
• Manage SBS Transit’s social media presence for recruitment, including EDMs, TikTok videos and banners.
• Support employer branding efforts, HR awards, TAFEP initiatives and internal HR audits.
• Coordinate participation in community job fairs with partners like WSG, e2i, Home Team.
• Design recruitment EDMs and visual materials for talent outreach.
• Support and co-host the annual Hackathon with local universities.
• Assist in implementing company-wide DEI initiatives.
• Others as required.
