Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreach.
• Screen resumes and support shortlisting by matching profiles to job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including campus engagement events.
• Maintain ATS records for data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with system updates, testing, documentation and process improvements within TA systems.
• Support onboarding activities for new hires, including materials and orientation.
• Prepare hiring metrics data for recruitment reports and dashboards.
