Singapore Land Authority invites applications for an Intern, HR to support Talent Acquisition activities. You will help propose engagement initiatives, assist with interview coordination, and support onboarding and data tasks.

The role requires strong communication, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. This internship runs full-time from October 2026 to April 2027, 5–7 months, and requires availability and a portfolio in the CV.

Qualifikationen

• Students with background in Human Resources, Business, Communications, or similar areas preferred.
• Meticulous, good written and verbal communication skills, good interpersonal skills, positive attitude, willing to learn and customer focused.
• Must be comfortable scheduling interviews and reaching out to potential candidates.
• Able to work independently and multi-task.
• Interest in New Media tools and comfortable with managing data.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Willing to learn and have a positive mindset
• Able to commit full-time October 2026 to April 2027 for at least 5 to 7 months.

Aufgaben

• Propose new talent engagement initiatives, including the use of New Media tools to enhance employer branding and market career opportunities to targeted talent pool.
• Coordinate and schedule interview for shortlisted job applicants, including ensuring that relevant documents are submitted and verified, administering pre-interview questions (if applicable).
• Perform various support functions of Talent Acquisition operations, e.g. facilitate onboarding, data collation and analysis.
• Any tasks/duties as assigned by the supervisor.
