Responsibilities

• Coordinate interview scheduling between candidates and hiring managers
• Maintain applicant tracking systems and recruitment reports
• Draft and post job advertisements
• Support employer branding and campus recruitment activities
• Provide administrative support for onboarding processes
• Contribute to ad-hoc projects and process improvements
