SINGAPORE TELECOMMUNICATIONS LIMITED is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to support recruitment strategies, engage candidates, and help strengthen our talent pipeline.

You will work with recruiters and hiring managers, assist with sourcing, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and contributing to employer branding and onboarding activities.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• Strong communication, organizational, and time‑management skills with attention to detail.
• Keen interest in Talent Acquisition, HR operations and talent management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Assist with sourcing candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and campus outreach channels.
• Screen resumes and support shortlisting by matching candidate profiles against job requirements.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a smooth interview process.
• Support employer branding initiatives, including career fairs, recruitment events and campus engagement activities.
• Maintain and update applicant tracking system (ATS) records to ensure data accuracy and compliance.
• Assist with system enhancement initiatives by supporting updates, user testing, documentation and process improvements within Talent Acquisition systems.
• Support Talent Acquisition onboarding activities for new hires, including preparation of onboarding materials and orientation.
• Prepare hiring metrics data for recruitment reports and dashboards.
