Job summary

Richemont Iberia SL in Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Intern to assist the TA team in building a sustainable candidate pipeline aligned with our business strategy. You will source, identify and engage future talents while supporting campus recruitment and employer branding initiatives.

You will coordinate interview scheduling, maintain candidate data, and represent Richemont at external events, partnering with university programs to attract internship and fresh graduate candidates.

Qualifications

• Graduate or current student in Human Resource Management with a strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication.
• Able to navigate various online and offline sourcing channels.
• Proficient with MS Office and data analytics tools.

Responsibilities

• Source candidates through research, relationship building, LinkedIn searches and proactive management of candidate databases.
• Develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies with the TA team.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates for active searches.
• Be an ambassador for Richemont and Maisons, delivering Richemont messages to attract and engage candidates.
• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with candidates, TA team and hiring managers.
• Maintain accurate candidate information in internal systems, databases and trackers.
• Represent Richemont and Maisons at external employer branding events and university partnerships.

Job description

The Talent Acquisition Intern will report to the Head of Talent, SEAO, to support and work closely with the TA team to implement and help build a sustainable candidate pipeline to support our business strategy.

Through this internship, you will play an active role in sourcing, identifying and engaging future and best talents in the market. Moreover, you will be involved in projects and events such as campus recruitment and employe branding initiatives.

HOW YOU CAN CREATE IMPACT:

• As a talent sourcer, you will support in generating candidates through research, relationship building, LinkedIN searches and pro‑active management of our candidate databases.

• You will work closely with the TA team to develop and execute tactical sourcing strategies.

• You will support and manage multiple active searches which will include screening of resumes and applications to identify suitable candidates.

• Be an ambassador and deliver impactful Richemont messages to attract, connect and engage with candidates. Deliver an exceptional candidate experience throughout their journey.

• Arrange and coordinate interview schedules with candidates to TA team and hiring managers.

• Support in maintaining accurate candidate information and data in our internal systems, databases and trackers.

• Represent Richemont and Maisons at external employer branding events, engage with key university partners to reach out to internship & fresh graduate candidates.

HOW WILL YOU EXPERIENCE SUCCESS WITH US :

• You are a graduate or currently pursuing Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management with a strong aptitude for Talent Acquisition.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English due to the need to effectively communicate with a broad range of key stakeholders and candidates.

• Able to navigate the various online and offline sourcing channels.

• Excellent MS Office skills (including Excel and PowerPoint) and ability to manage data analytics tools.

• Customer‑oriented mindset.

• Demonstrates a strong collaborative mindset, enthusiastic, and a team player.

• Pro‑active approach to tasks and ability to manage several tasks simultaneously and execute in a timely manner.

• Strong research skills, knowledge in social media and candidate data generation skills.
