• Resourceful, hands-on, and able to manage multiple recruitment cycles concurrently
• Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment platforms

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment and HR operations for frontline staff.
• Source, screen, interview, and onboard candidates.
• Manage recruitment channels including job portals, walk-in interviews, agencies, and referrals.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.
• Assist payroll, attendance, and leave administration when needed.
• Ensure compliance with local employment laws and company policies.
