Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking an HR Support professional in Singapore to assist the HR Business Partner team with day-to-day HR support for designated business units. You will contribute to manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce reporting while handling onboarding, transfers and exits as part of the employee lifecycle.

You will coordinate performance and talent management activities, support HR projects, and ensure HR documentation aligns with internal policies.

Responsibilities

• Support the HR Business Partner team in providing day to day HR support to assigned business units.
• Assist with manpower planning, headcount tracking and workforce related reporting.
• Support employee lifecycle matters including onboarding, internal movements, transfers and exits.
• Assist in coordinating performance management, talent management and other HR exercises.
• Support the preparation and consolidation of HR reports, presentations and manpower data.
• Work closely with Talent Acquisition, HR Operations and other HR specialist teams on recruitment and employee related matters.
• Assist with employee queries and ensure matters are followed up with the relevant HR stakeholders.
• Support HR projects and initiatives as required.
• Ensure HR processes and documentation are completed accurately and in accordance with internal policies.
