Job summary

CBM Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an organised HR professional to manage end-to-end recruitment and comprehensive HR administration. You will oversee pre-screening, on-site interviews, offers, and onboarding, while ensuring data accuracy in the HRIS.

You will also source passive talent, prepare employment contracts, manage leave and attendance, and handle various HR duties with training provided for fresh graduates or career switchers.

Qualifications

• Diploma with 2 years of relevant experience preferred
• Fresh graduates and career switchers welcome; training provided
• Familiar with employment legislation, CPF Act and Income Tax Regulations is a plus
• Experience with HRMS (Times Software) is an advantage
• Recruitment background is an advantage
• Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Well-organised in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of the recruitment process including pre-screening, on-site interviews and onboarding
• Identify and source passive talent through niche sites, online channels and professional networks
• Handle HR duties such as employment contracts, confirmation/salary adjustments, work pass admin, medical benefits and leave administration
• Update personal data in the HRIS and ensure data accuracy
• Maintain and update staff personal files
• Prepare Tax Clearance for resignees
• Handle leave and Time & Attendance administration
• Prepare Management and Manpower reports
• Arrange candidates for interviews as required
• Assist with ad-hoc tasks as assigned by Management
