Job summary

SEA Singapore is seeking a proactive HR professional to collaborate with recruiters, map talent, and source candidates through diverse channels to meet business needs. The role emphasizes end-to-end recruitment support and strong stakeholder engagement.

You will manage screening, interview coordination, and logistics, while contributing to internal communications and staff engagement initiatives. A degree in HRM, business, or IT, coupled with excellent communication and organizational skills,

Qualifications

Pursuing degree in HRM, business admin, or IT-related field.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication; able to work independently.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with recruiters to understand job requirements and actively source suitable candidates.
Conduct talent mapping to analyze the talent landscape and identify potential candidates.
Provide end-to-end support of key recruitment activities including sourcing, screening resumes, facilitating interviews, planning logistics and coordinating candidate communications.
Support the team in internal engagement events.
Assist in preparing communication materials for internal channels.
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects for other HR verticals as required.
