Job summary

MR BEAN INTERNATIONAL PTE. LTD. is hiring for an HR Generalist focused on talent acquisition and HR operations. The role covers sourcing, screening, interviewing, onboarding, and offboarding of frontline staff, while also supporting payroll, attendance, and policy compliance.

You will collaborate with outlet leaders, manage multiple recruitment channels, and participate in bulk-hiring events. Field visits and content creation for recruitment may be required.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in HR Management or related field.
• 1–3 years HR experience, preferably in blue-collar or high-volume hiring environments.
• Resourceful, hands-on, and able to manage multiple recruitment cycles concurrently.
• Familiarity with HR systems and recruitment platforms.
• Willing to visit outlets or conduct field recruitment if needed.
• Comfortable appearing on camera for recruitment and social media content.

Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers to understand manpower needs and recruitment priorities.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for frontline and operational roles.
• Schedule and conduct interviews, arrange trial shifts where required.
• Manage recruitment channels including portals, walk-ins, agencies, and referrals.
• Support bulk-hiring, recruitment events, and open houses.
• Maintain candidate database and generate hiring reports.
• Coordinate onboarding, orientation, and documentation for new hires.
• Conduct exit interviews and track resignation trends.
• Assist in HR programs, welfare initiatives, staff events, and recognition programs.
• Support payroll, attendance, and leave administration when needed.
