REVUP PROSERVICES PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking an HR professional to support talent acquisition and HR operations.

You will liaise with hiring managers, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiations. You will develop sourcing strategies, maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies, and coordinate with regional teams on headcount planning. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Minimum 2 years of HR experience, with a focus on talent acquisition.
Prior experience in the IT industry is preferred.

Responsabilités

Liaise with hiring managers to source and screen candidates.
Coordinate interviews and assist with offer negotiations and contract administration.
Develop sourcing strategies and maintain a talent pipeline for current and upcoming vacancies.
Coordinate with regional HR teams to support headcount planning and recruitment activities.
Organise employee engagement activities and recognition events.
Prepare EDMs and internal communications to support HR initiatives.
Coordinate learning and development activities and knowledge-sharing sessions.
Support HR operations across the employee lifecycle, including onboarding and offboarding.
Respond to HR enquiries and provide guidance on policies and procedures.
Assist with HR process improvements and ad-hoc HR projects.
Perform other HR-related duties and cross-functional tasks.
