Job summary

Sodexo Singapore is seeking a Talent Acquisition Executive to lead end-to-end recruitment across operations in food services and F&B. You will source, screen, shortlist candidates, coordinate interviews, and partner with hiring managers to deliver high‑quality hires.

The role emphasizes building a strong candidate pipeline, leveraging portals, social media and referrals, conducting background checks, and providing recruitment analytics to inform business decisions in Singapore.

Qualifications

• End-to-end recruitment process management including sourcing, screening and coordinating interviews.
• Sourcing candidates through portals, headhunting, social media, and internal referrals.
• Develop network and pipeline of qualified candidates.
• Build relationships with internal groups to ensure diverse recruiting resources.
• Research trends in recruitment techniques and track hiring results.
• Manage offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates.
• Develop, support, and maintain employment advertising, college recruiting, and internship programs.
• Conduct background/reference checks for prospective candidates.
• Talent acquisition reporting and analysis as required.
• Facilitate proactive partnerships with hiring managers to gain inputs for acquisition of high-quality talent.
• Advise on best practices and external market recruitment conditions.

The focus on the role will be talent acquisition, recruitment to ensure onboarding of high-quality talent across operations at the site level in food services, F&B space including the frontline hiring. The Talent Acquisition Executive will partner and support the organization (people, process, strategy & structure) for Sodexo Singapore. The focus of the role will be Talent Acquisition, recruitment to ensure the onboarding of high-quality talent across operations and support functions in the Foodservices, F&B space. The incumbent will be responsible for all strategic recruiting related initiatives including job board relationships, external education on recruitment strategies, sourcing strategy creation, innovation in internet and social media sourcing and appropriate brand presence on the internet /recruiting marketplace. He/ She will where be required, form solid working relationship with recruitment vendors networks across in the marketplace.

• Manage and develop offers in line with approved guidelines and negotiate offers with candidates
• Develop, support, and maintain employment advertising, college recruiting, and internship programs as required
• Conduct required background/reference checks for prospective candidates.
• Talent acquisition reporting and analysis as and when required.
• Facilitate proactive business partnerships with key business leaders and hiring managers to gain inputs and support for the acquisition of high-quality talent to the business.
• Demonstrate business acumen with HR knowledge to advise business leaders on best practices on recruitment and external recruitment market conditions, measures to improve employee retention etc.
