Job summary

Fuku by Momofuku is hiring for an entry-level recruitment and HR support role in Singapore. You will assist with talent sourcing, screening, and outreach for frontline and blue-collar positions, and help coordinate interviews and recruitment events.

No prior experience is required as full training will be provided; strong communication and organisational skills are essential for success in this role.

Qualifications

• NITEC qualification or above.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Organised and attentive to detail, with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Assist with executive search assignments by researching talent, identifying suitable candidates and conducting outreach.
• Source, screen and shortlist applicants for frontline, operational and blue-collar positions.
• Arrange interviews with candidates and hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and timely follow-ups.
• Support the planning and coordination of career fairs, recruitment drives and hiring events, typically once or twice per quarter.
• Draft and publish job advertisements across recruitment platforms and monitor incoming applications.
• Keep candidate databases, recruitment trackers and hiring records accurate and up to date.
• Prepare onboarding paperwork and coordinate pre-employment documentation.
• Provide day-to-day HR administrative support and assist with other recruitment activities as required.
