Job summary

You will engage with clients, learn staffing needs, and serve as the main contact for requests and daily issues while supporting service standards across sites.

Responsibilities

• Help new members register and understand job requirements, payments, benefits and onboarding.
• Interview members to understand experience, availability, salary expectations and role fit.
• Keep member records accurate and maintain ongoing contact for support.
• Find new members through social media, referrals, calls, networking and job fairs.
• Use automated matching to connect members with suitable openings.
• Coordinate shift schedules, confirmations and replacements to keep placements covered.
• Monitor attendance and respond quickly when plans change or issues arise.
• Learn client needs and act as main contact for requests and day-to-day issues.
