Job summary

STAFFLINK SERVICES PRIVATE LIMITED is seeking a recruitment professional to manage full-cycle hiring for engineering and technical roles in Singapore's Ubi area. You will source candidates, screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and support onboarding while maintaining accurate ATS records.

You'll work closely with hiring managers to understand manpower needs, build a strong candidate pipeline, and contribute to employer branding.

Qualifications

• Diploma in HR, business, or related discipline.
• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.
• Experience recruiting engineering, technical, construction, M&E or other technical positions is advantageous.
• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

• Working Hours:Monday - Friday: 8.30am - 6pm

A well-established Singapore-based M&E engineering contractor specialising in ACMV, mechanical and electrical engineering solutions for major commercial, industrial, institutional and infrastructure projects, offering strong project exposure and long-term career stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing and screening to interview coordination and offer follow-up.


• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media and other recruitment channels.


• Review resumes and assess candidates against job requirements.


• Conduct initial candidate screening and interviews.


• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for engineering and technical positions.


• Liaise with hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and candidate expectations.


• Arrange interviews and coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers.


• Follow up closely with candidates throughout the recruitment process.


• Prepare candidate profiles and recruitment reports for hiring managers.


• Maintain accurate recruitment records and update the applicant tracking system.


• Assist with onboarding and pre-employment documentation where required.


• Support employer branding and recruitment activities.


• Perform other HR and recruitment-related duties as assigned.

Requirements

• Diploma in Human Resources, Business, Communications or a related discipline.


• 1–2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience.


• Experience recruiting engineering, technical, construction, M&E or other technical positions will be an advantage.


• Proactive, resourceful and able to work independently.


• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
