Job summary

RECRUIT NOW SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. in Singapore’s Jurong West invites a Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our recruitment from sourcing to onboarding for an SME accounting and audit firm.

You will source candidates via job portals and LinkedIn, screen resumes, coordinate interviews with hiring managers, and maintain a robust talent pipeline. You’ll manage offer discussions and recruitment documentation while ensuring a positive candidate experience and accurate records.

Qualifications

• Diploma/Degree in HR, Business, or related field.
• 2-5 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Good sourcing and candidate assessment skills.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn and major job portals.
• CEI-certified preferred.

S$3,000 - S$3,500 basic + Up to 2 months bonus

5-day work week, Mon-Fri, 9:00AM-6:00PM
