Our client is a leading integrated construction company providing a full suite of engineering services.

Job Responsibilities
- Manage the full end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, including role profiling, job posting, sourcing, screening, interview coordination, shortlisting, reference checks, salary proposals and offer management.
- Partner closely with Business Units (BUs) and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements, project needs and hiring priorities.
- Develop suitable sourcing strategies and build talent pipelines through job portals, referrals, agencies, career fairs and other recruitment channels.
- Support high-volume recruitment activities in a fast-paced construction environment.
- Manage pre-employment and onboarding arrangements, including appointment letters, work pass applications, medical check-ups, documentation, HR system updates and orientation.
- Provide HR Business Partner support to assigned BUs and work closely with stakeholders on HR-related matters throughout the employee lifecycle.
- Support day-to-day HR operations, including employee enquiries, leave and benefits administration, employee engagement, appraisal exercises, staff welfare, retention initiatives and employee relations matters.
- Maintain accurate recruitment and employee records to support HR reporting, compliance, audits and workforce planning.
- Review and improve recruitment and HR processes to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
- Support HR policy implementation, compliance with Singapore employment legislation, government surveys and other HR projects as assigned.
Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management or equivalent qualification.
- Minimum 3 years of relevant Talent Acquisition / recruitment experience.
- Prior Talent Acquisition experience within the construction industry is required.
- Proven experience supporting Business Units in an HR Business Partner capacity, with a good understanding of project requirements and manpower needs.
- Experience handling high-volume recruitment in a fast-paced environment.
- Conversant with the Singapore Employment Act and familiar with general HR practices.
- Familiarity with Unit4Prosoft system will be an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and comfortable using HR systems, recruitment platforms and job portals.
