Qualifications

• Experience managing high-volume or mass recruitment, including frontline or operational hiring.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor, engineering or industrial environments advantageous.
• Good understanding of Singapore employment regulations and recruitment practices.
• Familiarity with MOM work pass processes and TAFEP requirements.
• Experience with ATS and managing candidate pipelines.
• Strong HR reporting and data analysis skills with Excel pivot tables.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills across levels.
• Proactive, organised with a compliance-focused approach.
