Qualifications

• Experience in developing training policies and programs.
• Design and deliver training modules based on needs of individuals/departments/organization.
• Development, delivery and assessment of in-house programs.
• Evaluate the effectiveness of training to raise capabilities and talent development.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement training policies, procedures, and programs.
• Design and develop training modules based on needs.
• Deliver and assess internal training programs.
• Evaluate effectiveness and recommend improvements for training.
• Conduct Training Needs Analysis and develop programs to improve staff performance.
• Any other duties as assigned by management within quality management scope.
