• 5+ years of B2B sales experience in environmental services, technology solutions, or sustainability-related industries.
• Strong understanding of sustainability and circular economy principles is advantageous.
• Proven track record of meeting/exceeding sales targets and building long-term client relationships.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with ability to translate technical solutions into business value.
• Self-starter in a fast-paced, evolving industry.

Responsibilities

• Drive revenue growth by identifying, pursuing, and closing new business opportunities for BNL's waste management and sustainability solutions.
• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan targeting ESG-conscious clients.
• Build and nurture a strong pipeline across industrial, municipal, and commercial sectors.
• Act as a trusted advisor to clients, crafting value-based proposals combining technology, service, and environmental impact.
• Collaborate with Engineering, Operations, and Marketing to translate capabilities into customer value propositions.
• Lead contract negotiations, pricing strategies, and commercial terms to close deals.
• Track and report sales performance, pipeline health, and market intelligence to leadership.
• Mentor and guide junior sales team members.
• Stay ahead of industry trends in sustainability regulations and circular economy practices.
• Partner with customers post-sale to ensure onboarding and upsell opportunities.
