RECRUIT LYNC PTE. LTD. in Tuas, Singapore is looking for a proactive Business Development Executive to expand our waste management solutions portfolio.

You will develop new business opportunities, visit clients, prepare proposals and close deals, while maintaining a robust sales pipeline. Based in Tuas, you will collaborate with operations to ensure seamless service delivery, build lasting client relationships, and travel to client sites as needed.

Qualifikationen

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Sales, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Experience in business development, sales or account management is preferred.
• Experience in waste management, environmental services, logistics or related industries is a plus.

Aufgaben

• Develop new business opportunities and identify potential clients within the waste management industry (responsible for the full sales cycle).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.
• Conduct client visits, presentations and site assessments to understand customers' waste management needs.
• Prepare quotations, proposals and commercial solutions based on customer requirements.
• Follow up on sales leads, negotiate terms and drive business opportunities through to closure.
• Monitor market trends and identify opportunities to expand the company’s customer base.
• Work closely with operations teams to ensure smooth implementation of services and address customer requirements.
• Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline updates and regular business development reports.
