PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail-oriented Survey Verification Officer to support survey administration, verify data accuracy, and provide professional assistance to respondents over the phone.

You will make outbound calls to verify information, enter data, generate reports, and help the team meet performance targets while maintaining a high standard of customer service.

Formación

• Good communication and telephone etiquette.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Able to work independently and meet tight deadlines.
• Experience in customer service, survey administration, data entry, or call centre is an advantage.

Are you detail-oriented, customer-focused, and comfortable communicating over the phone? We are looking for a Survey Verification Officer to join our team!

Job Responsibilities

• Facilitate survey administration and validate completed survey data for accuracy and reliability.
• Make outbound calls to respondents to verify and clarify survey information.
• Review and verify completed survey cases to ensure data accuracy and completeness.
• Provide professional and personalized assistance to respondents regarding survey-related matters.
• Respond to enquiries professionally and deliver a positive customer experience.
• Perform data entry, update survey statuses, and prepare reports for supervisors.
• Support the team and contact service centre with administrative and coordination tasks.
• Maintain high work quality while meeting established performance targets and KPIs.
• Work proactively and independently to meet deadlines.
• Adapt quickly to computer systems and relevant software applications.
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements
