Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is recruiting for a data-entry/phone-support role tied to a Singapore government project. The position is based near Novena MRT with standard office hours (08:30–17:30/18:00). Salary is up to SGD 2,800 per month.

Responsibilities include administering surveys, validating data, calling respondents, and delivering excellent customer service. You will support administrative tasks, update survey statuses, and maintain quality to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Facilitate survey administration and data validation on surveys.
• Make calls to respondents to verify and clarify data.
• Conduct and verify data on completed survey cases for accuracy.
• Provide phone-based personalized service to respondents on survey matters.
• Support team and service centre administratively and coordinatively.
• Enter data for completed surveys and update status for supervisor.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality customer service over the phone for survey respondents.
• Respond to queries in a professional manner.
• Maintain high work standards and meet KPI targets.
• Work proactively and independently under tight timelines.
• Be proficient with computers and quickly adapt to new systems.
• Handle any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
