Responsibilities

• Facilitate survey administration and validate surveys.
• Make outbound calls to verify data.
• Verify data on survey cases for accuracy.
• Deliver personalized phone support on survey matters.
• Provide administrative and coordination support to the team.
• Enter data for completed surveys and update statuses.
• Ensure high level of customer experience.
• Respond professionally to respondent queries.
• Maintain high work quality and meet KPIs.
• Work proactively and independently under tight timelines.
• Be proficient with computers and adapt to new systems.
• Perform any other ad-hoc duties as assigned.
