Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually.
• Accurately enter collected data and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for hard-to-reach respondents.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using tools like Excel.
• Collaborate with team to meet survey targets.
• Maintain detailed case notes for follow-up actions.
