PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a survey interviewer to support respondent engagement.

You will assist respondents in completing surveys online or via manual collection, enter data accurately, and conduct field visits when needed. You will update call outcomes and survey progress using tools like Excel, collaborate with teammates to hit completion targets, handle objections professionally, and prepare daily productivity reports.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or through manual collection methods
• Accurately enter collected data into the system and ensure data integrity
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g. Excel)
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion
• Review and correct ("clean") survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and provide valid reasons for any deviations
• Meet established Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
• Perform other ad-hoc duties as assigned
