Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is hiring a survey assistant to support respondents in completing surveys online or manually. The role includes field visits for hard-to-reach respondents, daily updates of outcomes in Excel, and teamwork to ensure high survey completion rates.

The position requires at least A Levels or equivalent, with preference for candidates experienced in survey operations or call centers and with strong Excel and internet usage skills.

Qualifications

• Minimum A Levels qualification or equivalent.
• Experience in survey operations, sales, customer service, or call center advantageous.
• Proficient in Excel and Internet usage.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents to complete selected surveys online or via manual collection and ensure submissions are keyed into the system.
• Conduct field visits for respondents not contactable by phone.
• Perform daily updates of call outcomes using Excel files.
• Work closely with team members to attain surveys completion.
• Handle objections from respondents professionally and politely.
• Update daily report to reflect productivity and surveys attainment.
• Input case notes into the system for future reference and follow-up actions.
• Comply with SOPs and provide valid reasons for deviations.
• Achieve KPIs and perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
