PERSOL SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. is seeking a detail‑oriented Data Collection Assistant to support survey projects in Singapore.

You will help respondents complete surveys online or by hand, and ensure data is entered accurately and securely using MS Office tools. A minimum Diploma in Business or Marketing is required, with 1–2 years in a customer‑facing role. Weekend availability, strong communication, and the ability to work independently are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 1–2 years customer-facing experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually.
• Enter data accurately into the system and ensure data integrity.
• Conduct field visits for respondents who cannot be reached via phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools (e.g., Excel).
• Collaborate with team members to achieve survey completion targets.
• Handle respondent objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare accurate daily reports on productivity and survey completion.
• Review and correct (“clean”) survey data flagged for errors or ambiguities.
• Maintain detailed case notes for each respondent to support follow-up actions.
• Adhere to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and provide valid reasons for any deviations.
• Meet established KPIs.
