Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist respondents in completing surveys online or manually.
• Enter collected data accurately into the system.
• Conduct field visits for respondents not reachable by phone.
• Update call outcomes and survey progress daily using assigned tools.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet survey targets.
• Handle objections professionally and encourage participation.
• Prepare daily productivity and survey completion reports.
• Review and correct data flagged for errors.
• Maintain detailed case notes for follow-up actions.
• Adhere to SOPs and document deviations.
