Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Data Collection Support to conduct outbound calls and field visits to collect survey data from assigned companies. You will assist respondents, guide them through surveys, and ensure timely submission of data.

You will update call outcomes and survey records in Excel and CRM systems, maintain documentation, and support administrative duties while adhering to SOPs and data confidentiality guidelines.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service, call centre operations, survey research, or account handling is preferred.
• Proficient in MS Excel and familiar with CRM or case management systems.
• Detail-oriented, organised, and accurate in data entry.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls and occasional field visits to collect survey data from assigned companies.
• Assist respondents in completing surveys and provide guidance when required.
• Update call outcomes, survey records, and case notes accurately in Excel and designated systems.
• Ensure timely and accurate submission of completed survey data.
• Adhere to SOPs, project guidelines, and data confidentiality requirements.
• Track and follow up on assigned cases to achieve survey completion targets.
• Prepare daily operational reports and maintain accurate documentation.
• Support administrative duties and rectify data collection errors when required.
