Job summary

HRS Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive individual to set up POS systems and peripherals, train customers on POS software modules, and provide ongoing support to POS users. The role involves direct customer interaction and field work, not desk-bound. The candidate should be outgoing, willing to learn, with basic IT skills and 2 years of experience.

Salary ranges from SGD 2,500 to SGD 3,500 per month. This position may require traveling to customer sites and engaging with clients to ensure

Qualifications

• O Levels and above.
• 2 Years experience required.
• Outgoing personality with good social skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Basic computer and IT knowledge.
• Attend to customer's technical issues via phone or onsite.
• Not a desk bound job.

Responsibilities

• Setup POS system and peripherals.
• Provide training on POS Software modules to customers.
• Provide full customer support to POS users and establish relationships.
