Job summary

BreadTalk Group PTE. LTD. is seeking an IT support specialist to provide day-to-day assistance for POS systems, digital platforms, and outlet technology across our network. You will troubleshoot hardware and software, assist with deployments, and guide outlet teams on POS usage, while coordinating with vendors and IT service providers to resolve issues. The role covers VPN and basic IT infra tasks and requires clear communication.

Qualifications

• Nitec/ITC/Diploma in IT, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 0-2 years of relevant experience
• Basic knowledge of POS systems, business applications and IT infrastructure.
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Good communication skills and ability to work with vendors and outlet teams.
