Maxhunt Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore seeks a hands-on IT support lead to manage our POS-focused customer support team. You will coordinate schedules, guide frontline engineers, collaborate with software engineering, and drive improvements to resolve issues efficiently.

Remote escalation and on-site visits as required. The role requires at least 1 year in customer support, preferably IT or B2B software support, with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Qualificações

• 1 year minimum in customer service or support.
• Experience in IT Support or B2B software support preferred.
• Experience supporting customers in F&B or retail is an advantage.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to follow up on issues from report to resolution.
• Strong problem-solving skills with ownership.
• Basic troubleshooting skills including analyzing logs or SQL queries are advantageous.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and manage the customer support team to provide timely first-level IT support for POS issues.
• Manage support schedules and coverage for peak hours, weekends, and holidays.
• Monitor performance and ensure issues are assessed, prioritized, and resolved within timeframes.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering to troubleshoot issues and follow up on resolutions.
• Identify recurring issues and provide feedback for product and service improvements.
• Develop and maintain user guides and simple tutorials to help customers resolve issues independently.
• Handle hardware support matters, including parts, replacements, repairs, returns, and coordination with vendors.
• Continuously improve support processes and service quality.
