Job summary

HRS Marketing Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive individual to set up POS systems and peripherals, train customers on POS software modules, and provide ongoing support to POS users. Qualifications

• O Levels and above.
• 2 Years experience required.
• Outgoing personality with good social skills.
• Willing to learn.
• Basic computer and IT knowledge.
• Attend to customer's technical issues via phone or onsite.
• Not a desk bound job.

Responsibilities

• Setup POS system and peripherals.
• Provide training on POS Software modules to customers.
• Provide full customer support to POS users and establish relationships.
• Enhance & maintain quality of new software development and other products intended to market.
