Job summary

Oneness M&C Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an eager IT support specialist to manage end-to-end setup and rollout of POS systems, including installation, configuration and testing. You will train users and guide them through go-live, while owning cases from initial report to resolution.

You will troubleshoot system and operational issues on-site and remotely, share feedback with the product team, and contribute to ongoing improvements in the user experience.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in IT support, system implementation or a similar customer-facing technical role.
• Hands-on approach to troubleshooting and problem-solving.
• Good communication skills, ownership mindset and customer-focused attitude.

Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end setup and rollout of POS systems, including installation, configuration and testing.
• Support customers both on-site and remotely, helping them troubleshoot system and operational issues.
• Train users on the POS system and assist them through the go-live process.
• Take ownership of support cases from initial reporting through to resolution, escalating more complex issues as needed.
• Share customer feedback with the product team and contribute to ongoing improvements to the system and user experience.
