Job summary

Rajah & Tann Singapore LLP is seeking a motivated tech team member to support presales and post-sales activities in Singapore.

You will assist with NDA templates, draft proposals, conduct product demonstrations, prepare quotations, and help manage IT assets and licenses. The role emphasizes teamwork, clear communication, and a willingness to learn new technologies, with opportunities to work on process automation.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in IT or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist in presales activities, including NDA prep, proposals, and product demos.

• Assist in post-sales / operational activities, including billing and partner management.
• Plan and execute lead-generation activities / events.

Assist in presales activities, such as:

• Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA with ready templates)
• Drafting standard proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations and address queries on products
• Prepare quotations for review and approval

Assist in post-sales / operational activities, such as:

• Manage products and product partners
• Monitor billing cycles and prepare billings to clients
• Research, evaluate and recommend new products and services
• Plan and execute lead-generation activities / events

As core Tech Team member:

• Handle IT asset inventory, including tracking, updating, and maintaining records of IT equipment and software licenses.

Work independently or collaboratively with team on ad-hoc assignments, such as:

• Manage projects – communicate with clients, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Support process and workflow automation related projects
• Support other business pillars where requested

Requirements:

• A diploma or degree in IT, computer science, or related field.
• Basic knowledge of IT hardware, software, and network systems.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Proficient in scripting languages and data analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge in Microsoft Power Platform is a plus.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and challenges.
