We are seeking a proactive and service-oriented Helpdesk Analyst to provide first-line IT support while gaining exposure to infrastructure and operational initiatives. This role offers an excellent opportunity to grow your technical expertise within a dynamic professional services environment.
Provide first-line support for hardware, software, and system-related issues.
Troubleshoot Windows devices, Microsoft 365 applications, printers, and connectivity issues.
Manage incidents and service requests through the ticketing system, ensuring timely resolution within service levels.
Support employee onboarding and offboarding, including account setup, device provisioning, and access management.
Assist with software installation, updates, and end-user device maintenance.
Support meeting rooms and events with audio-visual setup and troubleshooting.
Monitor IT systems, respond to alerts, and elevate complex issues where required.
Maintain accurate IT asset inventory and documentation.
Work closely with Infrastructure, Security, and Application teams to support smooth IT operations.
NITEC, Diploma or Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
At least 3 years of experience in IT Helpdesk, Desktop Support, or End-User Computing roles.
Hands-on experience supporting Microsoft 365 and mobile devices.
Experience in remote troubleshooting and user support.
Exposure to Windows Server environments.
Ability to communicate well with all levels of stakeholders and users.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Exposure to endpoint management tools.
Basic scripting or automation knowledge (e.g., PowerShell).
Understanding of patch management, access control principles, and IT security best practices.
