Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in presales activities, such as NDA templates, draft proposals, product demos, and quotations.
• Assist in post-sales / operational activities, such as managing products, monitoring billing cycles, researching new services, and lead generation.
• As core Tech Team member, handle IT asset inventory and licenses.
• Work independently or collaboratively on ad-hoc assignments like managing projects, testing, debugging, and documentation; support automation projects; support other business pillars.

Assist in presales activities, such as:

• Prepare Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDA with ready templates)
• Drafting standard proposals
• Conduct product demonstrations and address queries on products
• Prepare quotations for review and approval

Assist in post-sales / operational activities, such as:

• Manage products and product partners
• Monitor billing cycles and prepare billings to clients
• Research, evaluate and recommend new products and services
• Plan and execute lead-generation activities / events

As core Tech Team member:

• Handle IT asset inventory, including tracking, updating, and maintaining records of IT equipment and software licenses.

Work independently or collaboratively with team on ad-hoc assignments, such as:

• Manage projects – communicate with clients, testing, debugging, and documentation
• Support process and workflow automation related projects
• Support other business pillars where requested

Requirements
