As the AI-Driven Supply Chain Lead, you will own and scale the end-to-end supply chain, ensuring inventory health, launch readiness, & cost efficiency in a fast-growing, data-led environment.
You will combine hands-on supply chain execution with forward-looking automation & AI adoption, while managing a small remote team and future-proofing supply operations as the business scales.
This is a permanent role, working in a hybrid setup (3 days office / 2 days WFH), working directly with the CEO.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Own end-to-end supply chain planning & execution from sourcing to delivery, launches + ongoing ops.
- Convert sales & marketing plans into accurate demand forecasts using historical + real-time data.
- Lead supply & PO planning with manufacturers in the US & China, optimising lead times, MOQs.
- Manage inventory across internal systems, 3PLs, and Amazon FBA.
- Coordinate new product launches, including SKU readiness, packaging & labelling approvals, phase-outs.
- Drive adoption of automation & AI tools across forecasting, inventory tracking, risk management.
- Partner cross-functionally & present clear supply, risk, and S&OP updates to senior stakeholders / CEO.
- Manage & develop one remote team member, with scope to support future hiring.
WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
- 4–5 years’ experience in supply chain, operations, or materials management (stronger in planning than warehousing/logistics).
- Proven hands-on experience in:
- * Demand forecasting and inventory optimisation
- * Supply and PO planning
- * Product launch & lifecycle support
- Working knowledge of ERP, MRP, or APS systems.
- Strong analytical capability with comfort working deeply with numbers.
- Experience working cross-functionally with senior stakeholders.
- Comfortable managing and collaborating with remote team members.
- Willingness to travel internationally up to 10%.
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Engineering, Business, IT, or related field.
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
- Practical experience implementing / using AI & automation tools within supply chain environments.
- Advanced Excel skills (pivot tables, lookups); SQL or Access exposure.
- Exposure to Lean, Six Sigma, or structured process improvement methodologies.
- Startup or scale-up experience with evolving processes & ambiguity.
- Strong problem-solving mindset with the ability to think critically about future-state supply chain design.
- Chinese proficiency for communication with internal & external stakeholders
